We are currently in-network with Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, and United Health Care. We are actively working to become in-network with additional providers. If you have Anthem, Cigna, or UHC we are happy to verify your benefits and bill your insurance directly.

For patients who are out-of-network or uninsured, we continue to offer transparent, affordable cash-based pricing. You will always know the cost of your visit upfront — no surprise bills, no hidden fees. If we are not in-network with your insurance, we can provide a superbill upon request for you to submit for possible reimbursement.
