Hi, I’m Dr. Mady 👋
Your local family chiropractor with a heart for helping kids (and their parents) feel their best.
My name is Dr. Madysen Almus, but most people just call me Dr. Mady. I’m from Elsberry, Missouri, and I’m proud to now serve families across the Troy area and beyond through personalized, gentle chiropractic care.
I started my journey in health at the University of Missouri, where I earned my degree in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology. I then went on to earn my Doctorate of Chiropractic from Logan University, where I discovered my passion for working with the pediatric population—from tiny infants to busy teens.
Whether I’m helping a newborn with feeding or tension issues, supporting a child through developmental milestones, or giving a parent some much-needed relief from daily aches and stress, I’m honored to care for every generation of your family.
When I’m not in the office, I love spending time outdoors with my wonderful husband, especially if we’re on a golf course or exploring somewhere new. I believe health is a lifelong journey. One that should feel natural, empowering, and supported every step of the way.

At our clinic, we’ve chosen to operate as a out-of-network practice because we believe in full transparency. This means no surprise bills weeks later, no hidden fees, and no restrictions on the type of care you can receive. You’ll always know exactly what your visit will cost before you walk in, allowing us to focus on what really matters: your care, your goals, and your results. If your insurance company has an out-of-network policy we can supply you with a superbill you can give them after your visit.

Includes: Assessment of chief complaint, full spinal and postural examination, range of motion evaluation, comprehensive health history review, orthopedic and neurological tests, and a treatment plan tailored to you and your specific needs!
Adjustment/Treatment $40
Pediatric New Patient Exam & Adjustment/Treatment $40
Includes: Cranial examination, Chiropractic Manipulative Reflex Technique, Logan Basic, comprehensive health history, full spinal and postural evaluation, lip and tongue tie assessment, primitive reflex and developmental milestone exercises, and a treatment plan designed specifically for your child and their needs!
